Location

The villas are located in an excellent part of Spain. We operate in the Northern Costa Blanca with Javea being our center. Javea is small cozy town located on the coast between Alicante and Valencia. All our rental properties are within 15 minutes drive of the sea.

The calendar

For each villa arrival and departure is on generally Saturday in high season. Off season we do accept 10 night stays for example. With the < & > arrows you can find the the period you are looking for.

Information and booking process

To make your holiday booking and reservation by CBcasas.com is fairly simple.

By contacting us we will make a personalised quote for the villa/period requested. When the quote is accepted we will setup a rental agreement which all the information is provided for your stay. Upong booking the property we ask for 30% payment by bank transfer to confirm the reservation. The balance is to be paid 5 weeks before arrival.

About 1 week before your arrival we will contact you about your arrival(time, keys, directions etc). On your arrival day or the next we will meet you personally at the villa for any unanswered questions that you may have.
